She throws a glance all around her, nobody has seen the incident. What happen is so weird that Gwenn prefers not talk about it, her cartesian’s friends couldn’t believe it. Something seems to protect her, and for the moment she wants to enjoy her vacations.
Whew ! The journey is over and no other weird things have happened. Friends come and get her at the train station and tell her that Claude couldn’t come because he is flu sufferer. After several miles Gwenn discovers a small chalet in the middle of ski slopes, that Oliver could borrow from his uncle, who doesn’t use it for this period.
Everybody has his own bedroom or place for himself. As soon as she was installed, Gwenn introduced her small dog that everybody likes and want to caress and give him some sweets. Nano knows how to be appreciate, he plays with her 3 friends, Olivier, Babette and Loïc. On the ski slopes he is also famous. Employees, ski instructors caress the small head which takes out from the bag of Gwenn hanging to her shoulder. She makes the most of her favorite sports. She starts skiing very young and she masters the discipline completely. She goes on hard ski slopes, goes fast when she can but with caution. Her friends have less skill so she skis alone very often. She didn’t see that, since the beginning of the day, three teenagers try to follow her. On the black ski slopes they take some thoughless risk to follow her. One of them take an icy shortcut, drift and cut the road of Gween who goes at 50 mph. The crash is unavoidable. Gwenn can’t do anything. She is preparing for the impact and instinctively closes her eyes.
But nothing happens. When she opens her eyes, she find the teenagers at her foot stunned. Nano is standing on his small bag as if he could control the situation.
