13 – Anxiety grows

Gwenn wakes up screaming and drenched in sweat; she stays a moment motionless, and must admit she is well in her bed and nothing threats her. She falls asleep, exhausted.

It’s Saturday morning, it can have a lie in and it is towards 10 o’clock that she emerges from a deep sleep. She feels well rested, in shape, until the traumatic episode of the night comes back in her mind. Despite herself, Gwenn shakes and it takes a few minutes to regain her calm. She gets up and, during lunch, she consults her emails. Two golfing friends booked a golf course in the early afternoon and invited her to accompany them. She has work but she decides to join them to forget the events of the night. She went on the golf course, accompanied by Nano to whom she arranged a place in a pocket of his bag. Nano has always much success and his friends and golfers she crosses come to caress him. But when they start, a very brilliant colleague slef-obsessed and slightly misogynist, Edward, makes it a rule to be the fourth player. Gwenn plays as well as him but his presence puts her uncomfortable, so she plays poorly when he is there. He introduces himself to her friends hears in that nobody can defeat him and of course he ignores Nano. The eyes of him take for a short time a strange color.

The course begins and Edward begins his first shot that against all odds he misses. He is very upset and places a second ball that he hits with rage but slice and which is found on another hole on the right. Edward is furious and destabilized, he groans, hesitates then finally to remember an important call that forces him to hurriedly leave the golf. The three friends can make their golf course safely and Gwenn had finally forget the traumatic events of the night when Beth, her friend, asked her where she bought this little bracelet that she wears on her wrist. Gwenn turns pale, she never saw this bracelet…
